conclusion based on the results of the review of the project with the FSBI SEU FPS
IPL, application of a fire-retardant coating on steel
structures, coordination of the work performed and receipt from
the FSBI SEU FPS IPL of a protocol (conclusion) on the quality
of fire-retardant treatment and the thickness of the fire-retardant layer
of the treated metal structures with a copy
of the certificate confirming the competence of the expert
organization and a certificate of conformity of fire-retardant
treatment of metal structures.

7. Scope of work The scope and list of work includes, but is not limited
to, the composition listed below. The work is being carried out

1. Analysis of the KM section, development of a fire protection project
for metal structures, selection of flame retardant
composition and thickness to ensure the required
fire resistance limits of metal structures, calculation of the reduced
thickness of metal and the areas of covered elements,
obtaining a conclusion based on the results of the project review with
FSBI SEU FPS IPL.
2. Calculate the fire resistance limits
of unprotected elements of metal structures.
To calculate the areas of protected elements
of metal structures, to coordinate with the Customer.
3. Purchase, delivery, unloading and responsible storage on
the construction site of necessary materials, equipment, tools, machinery, etc. Warehousing, moving and lifting of materials to the place of work.
4. To carry out work on the development of project documentation and flame retardant treatment of metal structures.
5. Transfer the coverage together with the executive documentation, the positive conclusion of the FSBI SEU FPS
IPL, on the compliance of the work carried out in accordance with clause No. 2,
including the Customer's service.
6. For consideration and approval, the project/working/executive documentation is provided in printed and electronic form in the following format:

9. Requirements for the
work
1. The company must have the appropriate licenses and
permits to carry out activities for the design and execution of works on fire protection of structures.
2. Calculate the reduced metal thickness of the elements of metal structures that require fire resistance limits.
3. Selection of flame retardant materials and its approval before the Customer before the start of the design.
4. In accordance with the requirements of SP 2.13130. to develop
a fire protection project containing the justification of the
design decisions made on methods and means of fire protection of building structures to ensure their fire resistance limit according to GOST 30247, taking into account experimental data on the fire-retardant effectiveness
of fire protection means, as well as the results of strength
and thermal calculations of building structures with applied fire protection means. The flame retardant must be certified and have
a valid certificate.
5. The fire protection project should be coordinated with the Customer and the Fire Testing Laboratory before the start of work.
6. Before starting the work, develop and coordinate with the Customer the project and the PPR.
7. When performing construction work, the Contractor
should be guided by regulatory and technical
documents that are mandatory when performing
construction work.
8. Carry out cleaning, dedusting, degreasing of metal structures before applying flame retardant.
9. Carry out work on the protection of adjacent building
structures.
10. Protection of work sites from the influence of external technological and weather factors (if necessary).
11. Application of flame retardant on mounted
metal structures.
12. Conducting tests of the flame-retardant effectiveness of the applied coating (material) in the fire testing laboratory.
13. The volume of protected structures may be different from
the statement of work volumes, when justified by the project.
14. All deviations from the project caused by production necessity, prior to the start of construction and installation
work must be agreed with the project organization.
15. All works are carried out "turnkey" with materials,
equipment and equipment of the Contractor. The cost
of work includes design, approval of the project,
delivery of equipment and materials to the facility, mobilization of equipment, lifting mechanisms, installation
of temporary structures, consumables, travel expenses, obtaining and developing the necessary accompanying documents for the production of work, delivery of completed works to the FSBI SEU FPS IPL
and other costs associated with the delivery of work on the device of a fire-retardant coating. During the execution of works and
after their completion, it is necessary to clean and
remove garbage.
16. The safety of materials, equipment and property,
obtaining and developing the necessary accompanying
documents for the production of works and other costs
necessary for the successful completion of work within the time limits set by the contract and with the quality corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, this TOR and Working Documentation.
10. Quality control Input control and quality control of materials must
be carried out with an entry in the journal and certificates before starting work.
Stage-by-stage delivery of works, executive documentation and
conclusions to the Customer's technical supervision representative.
When carrying out quality control of the work performed and
acceptance of the work performed, the Contractor must

11. The list of normative and technical documents, in

the work
Work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of standards
(SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on
the territory of the Russian Federation, working documentation and this
Technical task;
The materials, equipment, and tools used must
comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation,
and have the necessary certificates and permits.
12. Guarantee for the result
of work
The guarantee for the result of the work performed by the Contractor is 5
years.
13. Security Requirements The Contractor is obliged to strictly comply
with labor and safety requirements
.
OT and TB, in accordance with the requirements of Russian
legislation, as well as the internal requirements of the company
during the work. The Contractor is obliged to immediately
respond to all comments from the Customer on
violations of the OTiTB rules, and immediately eliminate such
comments. The customer has the right to stop the
contractor's work until the violations are eliminated if such
violations can lead to serious injuries or death
of the contractor's employees. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on
The Contractor for non-compliance with the Customer's requirements to eliminate
violations of the rules of OTiTB.
13. Temporary roads and
access to the place of
