4. Performer Requirements
4.1. The performer must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work and be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
4.2. To clarify the timing and conditions of the work, to familiarize with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
4.3. The Contractor, in his business offer, specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions.
4.4. Certification of the Head, ITR and Industrial Safety and Occupational Safety Executives at the GOPO according to Annex 1.
4.5. Provide OT and PB measures, safe production methods at the site.
4.6. The Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents before the work permit is issued: copies of documents confirming the presence of the occupational safety service in the contractor and/or occupational health professional (contracting order, occupational safety certificate) or having a contract with an accredited organization in the field of service for occupational health.
4.7. Guarantee obligations for at least 12 months.
4.8. Employees engaged to perform work must have training appropriate to the nature of the work with a mark on the special certificate of training and delivery examinations in the Certificate Boards.
5. Safety of work
The contracting organization must comply with the following regulations in the production of the work:
- regulations on occupational safety for electrical installations;
- rules for technical operation of consumer electrical installations;
- safety regulations for hazardous production facilities that use hoisting facilities;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety regulations;
- regulations on occupational safety when working at the height of the PAT RM-012-200;
- environmental, hygiene and other regulations in place within the Russian Federation and ensure safe working conditions for the lives and health of people.
In order to produce the work, the contracting organization must undergo induction training. All work carried out on the territory of EPM-NEZ shall be carried out in accordance with the provision on the application of tolerances in high-hazard work at EPM-NEZ JSC.
Comments: The participant who has taken part in the procedure (making an offer) is required to upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for the application deadline:
1. Charter (with all additions and modifications if there were any).
2. Certificate of State Registration.
3. Tax Accounting Certificate.
