Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

To participate in the purchase procedure is necessary reinforcement of the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Delivery time in calendar days;
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with the tax system);
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- acceptable amount of penalties;
- readiness to work on the standard form of "Tambovskiy bacon" LTD.
2. Reference list on similar projects.
3. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
