Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms are 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred delay period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transportation and other expenses related to the delivery of cargo to the destination station.
Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments on account of payment for products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of products, invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:
Delivery period: 4th quarter of 2023.

Comments: I. Signing of the contract within 5 days in the editorial office of PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see bid documentation).
II. The products purchased by the enterprise must strictly comply with the requirements:
1. The products are new.
2. Products must have: quality certificate, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity.
III. Provision of statutory documents (see the list in the Bid documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the proposal.
IV. This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing liability.

A mandatory requirement for all Bidders is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the E-Marketplaces at the Bid submission stage (see clause 5.2 "Documentation"- 2565473 of the Organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply agreement with PJSC Korshunovsky GOK, as amended by PJSC Korshunovsky GOK (see bid documentation). If there are contradictions, the Bidder, before the end of the procurement procedure, shall attach to the E-Marketplace or send to the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement with PJSC Korshunovsky GOK.
