Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract value, with VAT 20%, within 5 (Five) days after signing the Contract, an additional payment of 70% of the installation cost of each RVS, after their completion and signing of acceptance certificates, within 10 (Ten) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the above documents, a set of executive documentation, compiled in accordance with "SP 48.13330.211 SNiP 12-01-2004 "Organization of construction" and the original invoice.
