Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Use discounted price
Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 20 calendar days from the date of signing the relevant UPD. The Competitive Bidding Process organizer is ready to consider alternative payment terms.
Delivery terms:-Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Kursk region, Zheleznogorsk, Industrial site-7.
-The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note, the universal transfer Certificate (Competitive bidding Process-12, UPD) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
-Products must be NEW, not used before.
-Provision of a certificate for the goods (GOST, FEZ)
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Comments:
To participate in this competition, you must fill out a commercial offer form in b2b format and attach a Technical And Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead.
In the Commercial Proposal, you must specify:
1) The cost, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
3) Agreement with the contract.
4) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
5) The products must be new, not used;
6) A passport, technical information, and production experience must be attached to the Bid.

Proposals excluding transportation costs are not accepted for consideration.
