3. I ask you to familiarize yourself with the sustainable development policy and all the necessary documentation for the Occupational Safety Department in the profile of ZAO VSHZ. Submitting a KP to this tender implies familiarization with and agreement with these provisions.
4. Please attach your offer to the first and the last offer.
5. The commercial offer must be accompanied by a letter on the official letterhead signed and stamped by the authorized person, with information on the involvement of subcontractors (listing their names and TIN), if such organizations are planned to be attracted.
